We're back!

We are back from our 12 day trip to Wisconsin. We had a fabulous time! The weather was perfect and it was so great to catch up with friends and family. Traveling with a 1, 3, and 5 year old was not exactly a piece of cake. I think Evie's age (15 mo) is the absolute worst for air travel. I am sure that those sitting around us on the plane agreed. :/

We arrived at my parents' at 4:30 in the morning after our flight was repeatedly delayed. Thankfully the kids all slept in late the next day. We spent time catching up with extended family and seeing both sets of my grandparents. I loved this photo of J and I and my grandpa out by his garden.

We then did a road trip to Madison to spend time with our friends there. This gave my mom and dad time to get things ready for my sister's wedding which was at their farm.

My dear friends, Emily and Heather. Emily (in the middle) is the one who pumped all of the milk for Evie.

We also had the opportunity to meet up with Emilie, who we traveled with in Ethiopia. She and her husband adopted two children, ages 2 and 4. It was great to see them!

My brother, Nathan (aka Noodles) helping set up outside for the wedding

My sister, Emily, the bride

My new brother-in-law, Fin, and his dad

We spent the 4th at a campground with my extended family.

On the 5th, we went on our much anticipated visit to Margie's farm.

Thank you to all who made our trip so wonderful.
